MARCS (Heights Hillcrest)

I've searched the forums (I'm still fairly new) to get a handle on my question. I can listen to Cleve Hts, So Euclid, U Hts, Shaker & Richmond Hts Fire on Broadcastify but cannot find how to program the frequencies into my Uniden BC895xlt base scanner. I know they switched to the MARCS system and Cleve Hts is on TG13502; their dispatch used to simulcast on 154.0400 but that ended earlier this month. Any help or being pointed in the right direction would be appreciated in programing these departments.

I don't think this model is capable of receiving MARCS

You will need a digital capable scanner.

Petty much all of Cuyahoga County has or will be on either MARCS or the Greater Clev Radio Network. Both of which are digital systems.
