New Frequency Help Needed

I had the Pocono Mountain School Cresco, PA transportation dept at :463.3625 and 463.4625... they no longer use this frequency and I cannot find out where they went ?

Any help would be appreciated.

There are a number of school transportation systems that are on the Industrial Electronics / Robert Conway LMR system in NEPA. It is an NXDN digital system and you will need a digital scanner capable of NXDN to hear that system.

the one that I have ( radio shack pro 2052 ) is an analog system

Assuming you want to remain with a base / mobile (not handheld) unit, then either the Uniden BCD536HP or Whistler TRX-2 will handle NXDN, P25, and DMR digital modes... all of which have activity in NEPA. No guarantee that the school system you're looking for is on NXDN, but as I am sorting out the programming for the IE trunked NXDN system I am hearing school systems. A "good" digital scanner? For me it's a BCD536HP.
