Can't Enter Last Digit of Frequency

Brand new user with Baofeng BF-F8HP. When tying to enter some frequencies, entering the last digit causes 'cancel.' Example: 224.520 - and the zero cancels entry. same with 222.920.

However, entering 145.170 works fine.

I know it's a user error - but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can you help?

You are trying to enter a frequency that your radio neither receives or transmits.

Frequency range:

[TX] 136 - 174MHz, 400 - 520MHz

[RX] 136 - 174MHz, 400 - 520MHz, 68-108MHz (FM Broadcast)

You are trying to enter a frequency that your radio neither receives or transmits.

In addition to that for frequencies it can receive you must have the correct step size set.
