BCD325P2 System Switching

I have my handheld programed w/3 Trunked systems. It's probably me I'm sure. What is the procedure for switching from one system to another? For some reason, I find the owners manual, very confusing when it comes to this on page 78. I basically understand trunked radio. Definitely not a radio tech though. Simple Help? Thanks!
