NYS DEC frequencies

I was looking into the rr database and the fcc database for the Dec frequencies. I see them but are they analog it digital and does anyone ever hear activity on them?

They are all analog.
The activity varies around the State, but in the Adks and Catskills they are pretty active.

The statewide freqs im pretty sure are mainly analog - The best way to monitor them is program in all of the statewide freqs as well as whatever freqs that are associated with your region
This time of year should actually be quite active checking hunting licenses and such...

DEC does also have access to digital on the Metro P25 system
