Hey all,

ARe there more depts on the new WCDES system than RR has listed or is it a slow migration?

Are you referring to the Westchester County UHF Trunked System? If so, there is no mandated migration, it is up to each individual agency to decide to use it for their primary response communications or not.

Yup the Westchester p25 uhf trunk. Thanks very much. Doesn't look like anyone much wants to move onto it. Probably each dept has to buy their own radios. Or maybe like up here in Shelton, they just don't want any other dept interference LOL

It's not a p25 system.
County had placed radios in every front line unit.
