What area of New York are you asking about?

Also worth putting in 123.025, 123.050 & 123.075 AM

Although they don't use these for patient updates; they will use these frequencies when landing on heliports AND communications between other medevacs. Here in Syracuse, I heard comms between 1H16 and another chopper en route to the same hospital. They were pretty much just letting eachother know when they were taking off so that the other could land.
