Lately (and, occasionally last year, too) I've noticed that TG 5360 (EMS Hospital Notification) I'll only get fragments of the transmissions. Maybe the dispatcher calling a unit, then lengthy silence, and then the dispatcher coming back again to acknowledge. It's as if there's a frequency missing. I've gone back and manually programmed everything in exactly as it appears on the DB, and it's still happening sometimes. Any ideas?

Is it possible that they're simulcasting between DoITT and a conventional frequency, but only the dispatcher is going out on DoITT, and the mobile unit is on the conventional channel?
Or is it possible that the dispatcher is going out over multiple DoITT sites, but the mobile units are only being carried on the site their radio is affiliating with?
Or is it possible that there are frequencies for DoITT missing from the database?

Just a guess... perhaps they're not letting you hear the patient info for HIPAA reasons?

Working fine today. Could have been a temp issue?
