Westchester County DPS Radio Identifiers

Has anyone heard the use of SA# ie SA9 or HU# ie HU4 on 155.31? and know their meaning. I am guessing SA is Special Assignment ??????

IDENTIFIERS

I hear the "SA" cars all the time, but I have never heard any "HU" cars. I thought the "SA" cars might have something to do with the Sherriff's department. I'm waiting for an answer on this one too.

Could they be referring to the parkways? i.e. SAw Mill River and HUtchinson

The parkways are:

Baker - Bronx River
Charlie - Cross County
Harry - Hutchinson River
Sam - Saw Mill / Taconic Rivers
