Drove through Oneida County today, didn't hear a peep from Utica PD or FD. I see county has moved to the JPJ EDACS system. Has Utica migrated to the Consortium?

Pretty sure the new system isn't on line yet.

The county hasn't moved anywhere in over 30 years, perhaps you read the database wrong (the phrasing might be confusing). Utica is still on the EDACS for the time being. No one has started to cut over to the P25 system as of yet. The existing conventional county system hasn't been cut over to the new simulcast yet either. We are all patiently waiting to see who the first will be on the new P25 system. My bet is with New Hartford and Rome next.

Yeah I go up to the North Country frequently and Utica PD is usually pretty active, especially weekday mornings. This time, not a peep. I did catch the SO and county fire, but no city PD
