New FM Communications NX9 trunk?

I was down on the Canadian side of the Falls doing some scanning. It looks like there is a unknown NX9 system most likely coming from the Niagara Falls/Buffalo, NY area.. and from the FCC licenses in the area looks like it belongs to FM Communications.

This is all everything I have on it so far from just scanning..

Control channel is 452.7250 NX9 System 248 Site 2 Ran 2 (Licensed In South Wales, Hamburg, Buffalo, Niagara Falls)

I have some other frequencies that are reporting the same RAN but no system ID or site so I am not sure if it is part of this system or not.

452.725 is on the WPSY585 license for 310 Fourth St Niagara Falls which is the Seneca Niagara Casino.

It could be.. There is a bunch of other tg's as well as a few other frequencies licensed to SNC that is not listed in the DB either.

Here is a list of all the frequencies I have hear with the same range of TG's as well as the same RAN that I received on the Cdn side of the falls that I could be part of this system.

452.7250 NX9 Sys 248 Site 2 RAN 2

These are all showing up as RAN 2
451.4250, 451.9375, 451.9875, 452.2000, 452.8000, 461.7124, 464.8375

TG's heard 58, 59, 68, 83, 86, 93, 94

I wonder if the site 2 would be part of the resort side of the casino?
