Though it's not the greatest signal... there is most definitely an active county-based VHF simulcast off 46.06 onto 155.1375 from 9-1-1. While I was not able to pin down a PL, I do have that listed as an output to a licensed (to DelCo DES) repeater.

Anyone have more on this??

Mtnrider, where are you, again? I am thinking this may be something more local to the central and western end of the county right now.

This is definitely a more "south-central" transmitter... signal is super weak until I hit the Hobart/Bovina area. Even at that, there is a VERY distinct hum/whistle on CSQ on the output of the repeater. It kills anything one is trying to listen to.
