CW “MARIO” on 145.900

Is anyone copying a CW FM transmission of “MARIO” in
The NYC NJ area on 145.900. If so could you give me an “S” reading
On it. The CW broadcast is every 60 seconds. Some of our club members working Satellites stumbled on to it.
