P25 heard over NYPD TAC

While scanning in Manhattan today in midtown I heard Digital emissions coming over TAC K. I had to disable the PL to hear it but it was definitely digital since my radio is analog so I couldn't make out if it was encrypted or not. Any word of TAC channels going P25?

looks like it could be DMR interference since I brought my scanner today around the same area and picked up building security guards using a frequency near the TAC K frequency.
