All the analog frequencies that have been set up to listen to police have been entered into my scanner, but sadly only one of the frequencies are being picked up in my area. I'm not sure where this frequency repeater is.

Hey not sure what do you actually after. What scanner do you use, who entered any frequencies, what do you expecting to hear in Auckland area. All police north of Bombay Hills are on digital and encrypted network. There only few analog frequencies you can hear but only few.

Hombre, I there is only 2-3 analog Police frequencies left around Auckland, ALL Auckland district from Bombay to Warkworth in on P25 Encrypted network. Not sure what are you getting 9.40 am this morning your feed was silent as I expected.
Analog:
One is at the Airport for Airport Police, one is at Manukau to communicate with corrections
and last time I run scanner in Auckland I was getting Port Waikato area in my vehicle.
There maybe some others but I am not sure about that. What frequencies you are getting or feeding ?

All above are LINK channels when cops need to talk back to P25 digital encrypted area. Very few call per day I would think. Last time I was listening to Waikato Police chasing car, all was good until BP in Bombay, then to Pukekohe (on analog) when cops took over on digital channel. You will have situation like that but very few. Also there will be analog link to Rescue Helicopters, Hospital ED (ambulance frequencies) and Fire.
