could you post the notices about these meetings a little sooner?

I would like to attend,but I live over 100 miles away in Davidson County.

Raliegh is far enough away that I have to plan several days in advance

I try to but sometimes I forget until a couple of nights before

I can go ahead and say that the next meeting will be on December 13th at the same location. Hope you can make that one!
