Marshall is correct. Most of the Wildlife Officers in District 3 are on Viper. Every so often one will use the old Vhf system but for the most part they operate on Viper.

same here i rarely hear District 3 on vhf anymore

i dont know what district im in in carteret county, but i always hear 100- units calling morehead city on viper to check out of service. I assumed that was marine fisheries.
