Help in Winston salem with programing

is there anyone in the Winston Salem area that could help me with programing my BC796d? had it programed once and now something seem to have been lost -- paid for the premium service from radio reference and now I'm stuck

Winston Salem has rebanded. Have you put in custom tables?

If I'm not mistaken, I think the BC796 has to have the firmware updated before custom tables can be added.
