Someone was directed to go to D-13 TAC-2, could not determine the freq. Anyone have a link to an updated NC DOF frequency/channel plan. The most recent I have is dated 2005, it has no reference
Tac-2 in District 13. There were a couple of large track vehicles coming in. Like those used in Dare County at Alligator River NWR and the bombing range.
Threre were three odd looking helicopters at the Heli Base on Suffolk airport property. One of the three was N699RH a K-1200 aeral crane and utility heli with two rotors above the cabin and no tail rotor. I never saw it power up but suspect one rotor turns in an opposite direction of the other.
