Default Unication G5 for Wake Co?

All,
I just bought a G5 and during some forum reading, discovered it does not support SmartZone systems, that apparently is what Wake Co. uses.

1) Am I correct?
2) If I am, Am I screwed!?

Joe

The G5 only works on P25 systems and Wake Counties system is a 4.1 (pre-P25) system. Sometime next year the Wake County system will migrate up to a P25 system but until that happens the Unication pager will not work on the Wake system.

Would it work for VIPER? Like for NCSHP, other counties, etc?
