Red River Valley Flooding

So, we in the RRV are getting ready for another flood. I loaded up my scanner last night with most of the federal interop channels as well as the common Coast Guard channels.

I was wondering if anyone has ND National Guard channels, or any other Interop/temporary channels for the FM area with flood ops kicking into high gear.

Here in the Bis Man area ND NG helicopters can be heard on 46.100 46.000 and also guard helicopters and ground operations on 150.5000. Plug those in and give em a listen and see if you hear anything.

The Cass Co Sheriff said on the news that he did not want any assistance from the USCG or CBP.

Isn't the guard using Metro 3 for the incident? That's where they've been talking.

POTUS Signs ND Emergency Declaration

POTUS this afternoon signed an Emergency Declaration for Cass, Grand Forks, Pembina, Richland, Trail, and Walsh Counties due to flooding beginning on April 22nd.

Granite QRU being dispatched on 156.21 tonight. Don't know if that is a normal dispatch channel or not.

Probably Grandin QRU on 156.210, which is Cass County Fire/Admin. All the rural fire departments are paged via text pagers, and then they talk to Central Dispatch over 156.210.

Does Bismarck National Guard user there channels? I never hear anything.

Yes they use those.. They may not be used everyday but when they are flying around the area they will use those in addition to the Bismarck Air Traffic Control frequencies.
