I have came across these two participation plans for Cass County in regards to a trunked 800 MHz radio system similar to Minnesota's ARMER Radio System. I guess with Red River Regional Dispatch that dispatch for Clay/Moorhead on the Minnesota side and they are making the migration to ARMER, I guess Cass/Fargo is looking at making some major updates.
Also does anyone know if the Clay side switched to 800 yet? I know they were holding up this fall due to Red River Dispatch had to get updates on equipment.
