Using a GRE PSR-500 from eastern suburbs of Cleveland. Entered 453.8750 with a subtone 110.9 for the Cuyahoga County Jail Ops and unable to receive anything. Have they changed frequency? This used to be a strong signal a few years ago.

CCSO Jail

I haven't listened to them in years,but when I did,from Bedford, a southeast suburb,they were really low power.CCSO absorbed the Cleveland side of the jail,so maybe they use radios on that system?
