Sounds like the Shaker and Cleveland Hts FD's (eastcom) are now dispatching full time on MARCS TG 36880. I have heard them testing for weeks but it sounds like they are now on full time. At 5:45 PM i'm hearing SHFD at a working fire. Hearing everything on MARCS and nothing on 154.190. Not sure yet about the other depts dispatched by eastcom but will listen and advise.
