I am listening to TARTA on 453.775 sometimes they have a PL of 77.0 and sometimes they do not but it seems like its operating in CSQ. because i dont find a DPL or pl. Also, there are times i will just hear short data bursts. is their operations channel and MDT freq. the same? Thanks!
