Conventional Hits on MARCS

I monitor & log the Grafton and Elyria MARCS towers 24/7. Notice the conventional hits on the log below. I have never seen this before. It started sometime last night. Any thoughts on what or why I would get these?

If you actually have the Grafton frequencies programmed in conventionally alongside of having the trunked system programmed in, then I suppose you are getting those hits simply because it came upon a P25 transmission on one of those frequencies during your conventional scan cycle before it came upon them in the trunked system.

Assume it scans sequentially - If you had already scanned the trunked Grafton site and the scanner then scanned some other frequencies including Radio Link 3 and then your conventional frequencies before completing the loop and scanning the trunked system again, then it just happened that traffic was detected on the trunked frequencies (in conventional mode) during the scanning of those conventional frequencies and it logged it that way.

This is a log of two different quick keys. One quick key is Radio Link, the other MARCS. There are no conventional frequencies in either scan list. These same lists have been scanned for months never getting this type of hit. That is what has me thrown for a loop. During a band opening I could possibly explain it. But last night certainly was not a hot RF night. Could just be a fluke I guess.

This has continued today now that I check my logs. Again at 12:16, 12:17 and 12:40. Funny it is the same three freqs in the same hit order!
