10048 is Ohio EPA, probably the Northeast District. Units were heard testing between that region and Columbus. Likely talkgroup name would thus be EPA-NEDO.

We've been labeling the EPA talkgroups in RR as EPA-1 through EPA-5 pending confirmation of exact use, although it sounded early on as through EPA-1 was Northwest.

With today's catch, it looks like the channel plan may be shaping up like this:

10016 / EPA-NWDO / Ohio EPA - northwest
10032 / EPA-2 / Ohio EPA - (use not confirmed)
10048 / EPA-NEDO / Ohio EPA - northeast
10064 / EPA-4 / Ohio EPA - (use not confirmed)
10080 / EPA-5 / Ohio EPA - (use not confirmed)

Looking at a map of the EPA regions, I'm wondering if EPA-2 is EPA-CDO (central), with EPA-4 as EPA-SWDO and EPA-5 as EPA-SEDO...

Tune in for more fun and adventure...

10016 is the only one I've logged off the Lima site, the last time 12/12/08. I haven't heard much traffic on it and only a few hits in UT.
