LISBON - The countywide enhanced 911 system crashed for three hours on Dec. 28, but emergency calls continued going to local police departments under the old basic 911 system.
"As far as we know we didn't lose a single call during that time period," county 911 Director Robert Emmons reported during Wednesday's meeting of the 911 committee.
