You're locked onto the local trunked system, not MARCS. "M36" means that it's a Motorola trunked system with a 3600 baud control channel. 8E0A is the system ID for this system.

You can look up the System IDs in the RRDB.

In the Advanced Search you can enter it into the "Search Trunked Radio Information" section where it says "SysID".

6F10 is MARCS, zone 4.

Depending on your scanner, it should also show a Site ID (typically 2-digits). On a PSR 500/600 or PRO 106/197 for instance, I'd see:

SID:6F10 S50 (meaning System ID 6F10 - Marcs Zone 4, Site 50 - Germano).

If you want to know specifically what site's control channel you are monitoring you can look it up by its Site ID if you know what the site ID is or you can look it up by the active control channel (less accurate but still doable most of the time).

Scanner Frequencies: State of Ohio MARCS - Multi-Agency Radio Communications Trunking System, Statewide, Multi-State
