New Marcs Site - 1-043 "SCIOTO"

It's a good night for DX, and I'm getting a MARCS control channel not in the database. The weird thing is that the connect tone is off. It shows site ID 712D but with a CT of 105.88. It's site # 43 and the alias is SCIOTO. The frequency is 867.7125.

I ran unitrunker (I'm not too familiar with it) and got the peers:

6F16 36
712D 28
712D 29
712D 30

It shows the channels as being 668 (867.7125), 739, and 830 if that helps for anyone.
