Their conventional freq is dead silent. Any idea if they have made the switch full time? If so, time to retire the Pro-95 and finally get a digital trunker. :D

Drat! I'm not a fan of digital, but I guess it's time to get a digital scanner. :( wah wah wah!

I have been hearing what sounds like a cross patch on their old uhf this afternoon. The dispatch console sounds like its patched right into the UHF, everyone else sounds p25.

I have been hearing what sounds like a cross patch on their old uhf this afternoon. The dispatch console sounds like its patched right into the UHF, everyone else sounds p25.

They've been remodeling the radio room, installing the MARCS & new 9-1-1 equipment. I've heard from some with Gahanna that they are going to keep the UHF radios for special events and back up.
