Stow Ohio police

Hello Everyone!

I heard a stow police unit call in on the cuyahoga falls police dispatch channel today about a location of an event. Does anyone know if this means that the city of stow has finally moved up to the countywide system? If so, any talk group info would be greatly appreciated.

I called the stow police today and they said that they in the process of switching over. I'm not sure what they are using now as there is no traffic at all on the old vhf system they were using. However, the fire department is definitely using this 800 system. I will continue to check the board for updates. Thanks everyone!!!

Stow PD still on 155.19 .. rumor has it they are having some coverage issues with 800 in some parts of the city .. Motorla techs working on it.
