U of Akron trunked system license update

An application was recently granted for some changes/additions to the UAKRON trunked system.

Application: ULS Application - Public Safety Pool, Trunked - 0003915098 - OHIO, STATE OF

License: ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Trunked License - WPRU679 - OHIO, STATE OF - Frequencies Summary

Five additional frequencies added to license:

423.1375
423.3625
423.4625
423.6625
424.1625

NOTE: The emission designator also changed on the license. Previously it was 11K0F3E (11 Khz FM voice).

The new emission designators (for existing and new freqs) are 6K00F1D and 6K00F2D. Hmm?

So I have no idea where this system is going... Those who are in the area and able to monitor (and care), please try to check periodically of changes to the system.

This application switched from what I think was P25 emissions to NEXEDGE emissions. Have fun with this one
