Win96 Geauga County TRS issue

Hi everyone.
I am having issue's importing Geaugas trunked system via Win96. It is importing the 000-00 type talk groups and Geauga doesnt use that type anymore. the data base doesnt even have those listed anymore so i dont know why Win 96 would be doing this. Ideas? Thanks
