I'm in the process of programming a friend's scanner for the Carroll County Sheriff.
He lives near Minerva. I see the listing for all the MARCS towers but was wondering if anyone knows which would be the strongest/best one to use. The Carroll Co. site is 25 miles from him.
I live 3 counties away and can't check it out.
Also, is the Carroll Co. Sheriff for sure using the TG's listed in the database?
