Franklin County / Columbus Configuration

What is the recommended Site / Group / Option configuration for Freescan to monitor in Franklin County. I have a BCD396XT Scanner.

I'm interested in CPD, FSO, Car to Car, and the personal Radios.

For Trunking Sites there's:
Bixby
Columbus City
Columbus MARCS
Darby
Discovery
Franklin County
Mobile Site (5A1)?
Pub Safety
Pub Service
MARCS
MARCS IP
COIRS

The Groups Are:
Franklin County (25) Common
Franklin County (25) Law Enforcement
Franklin County (25) Public Works
Grove City
Ohio Investigative Unit
OSP - Columbus district (6)
Statewide Emergency Response
Statewide Mutual Aid
The Ohio State University
Other State Agencies

The Options are:
Enable Control Channel only mode
Only Download Control Channels
Skip Channels Marked as Digital
Skip Channels Marked as Encrypted

There's also a MySkippedTags panel but I think I understand that.

If I can get the correct Sites and Groups Programmed in, I can handle the talk groups.
Are there any Conventional Sites needed?

*For the moment* you can hear both CPD and FCSO on the Franklin County Public Safety system. There is only one site (Columbus City). FSCO is in the process of transitioning to MARCS-IP but currently simulcasting on the old system.
