Im sure this questioned has been asked. Is lake county (mentor, willoughby, eastlake areas) are their comms encrypted. Using a RTLSDR with DSD and unitrunking along with SDRSHARP. Also, if anyone knows their radio freq i would appreciate it. Especially mentor.

They are all on the Ohio MARCS-IP: Multi-Agency Radio Communications System and there is no indication of any encryption in use in the RR database.
