Mislabeled Frequency in Franklin County?

Specifically - 463.600 mHz DMR, Hilliard. The 536 says Color 3, and it seems to alternate between slot 1 and 2 at random. That doesn't seem right to me?

Database here says it is the Ericson Retirement Community. Meaning if nothing else it is spelled incorrectly because that should be spelled Erickson.

Their site says the closest retirement community they have is somewhere in Michigan. However I did find a "Hickory Chase Erickson" retirement community in Hilliard, as seen here.

However, this sounds much more like law enforcement or security. If this actually is Hickory Chase, I want to live there because these guys are on the ball when it comes to security. I would feel secure in such a facility.

Does anyone know what this frequency actually is? Because I am doubting it is a retirement home.

I'd suspect Columbus Downtown Development (which has a very active mob of security people riding bicycles all over downtown), but it could also be one of the corporations.

It would take some serious monitoring to really confirm it, although I don't think Columbus Downtown Development would be too hard to pin down.
