trx1 police scanner

Hi my name is Greg , I live in east dayton. I have a question , I have a trx1 police scanner
And I can not receive a police channel at all. Can you please tell me how you pick up dayton police channel ? The only way I can pick up any is through the zip code only. Is there anyway that you could

Greg, I'd be happy to help you out. I have a TRX-1 as well and it took me some time to figure it out, and with the help of a couple of folks on here I got it up and running, rounded the learning curve, and now have it down pretty much. I live in Fairborn right by the Wright-Patt AFB, and I monitor all of Dayton as well, Montgomery County TRS, Dayton PD, all the way out to Preble County and Eaton. I'm sure I can help you narrow it down to what you want to listen to. Have you downloaded the free EZScan software from the Whistler website?
