I was listening a few days ago to the city. Routing BS, no tactical. One said to the other go to digital. Anyone know this freq, it is not the known OHP freqs? Is it encrypted, OHP isn't, not here anyway?

Eta there are no tiny antenna on Idabels cars.

I've never heard local agencies using OHP frequencies. It's probably one of their analog channels.

I go through there once or twice a month. I've added their current channels in digital mode to see if I can hear anything.

Thanks, let me know if you get a hit. I have all the OHP analogs for dist 45. It is weird car to car they sometimes use 800 then then the next will be the vhf car repeater. Then back and forth. They mostly use a lap top and a telephone with a special program kinda like the old Nextel phones supplied by pine cellular.

SE Oklahoma will not be a part of the net work due to turrain and water bodies. This is from a trooper I know.
They have the ability to use the digital system when in an area that uses it.

Ok enough about the OHP. Still the puzzle of Idabel disappearing and actual saying switch to digital.

I know a digital, I will pick her brain.
