What is MSEL?

Looking at Trunk88 can show some things a little bit interesting. I never entertained the thought of it before but today I am feeling a bit curious about what is MSEL. As a matter of fact what are all the acrononyms and their meanings I see in Trunk88? In the image is the area that I outlined in a thin red line with 'MSEL'.
