I'm in Delhi and I recently changed my outside antenna (mounted about 2ft up a tv tower) to a discone and picking up much more.
I'm picking up what seems to be this system:

I've searched the frequency 164.940 on tafl and here on RR to see if there are any other owners of the frequency and found none.
The system is in my BC396XD and I'm receiving some of the posted talk groups and some not posted on RR.
I'm also using LTR Analyzer and the system (if it's Fonthill) is missing another frequency (LCN 11).
Is there a way to confirm that I'm actually receiving this system from Fonthill? It seems to good to be true.I thought perhaps LTR analyzer would show a distinct code/number for the system but apparently not.
