Very good conditions this morning.

New: 451.9125 TIII (HYT) Site: L13-1.1

Could this be local, coming from Ottawa Airport (that's the only listed case that makes sense), otherwise DX from the U.S. side? Is it a continuous CC? Will listen later today, although the sheer number of continuous signals on UHF is an increasing problem these days.

My 996P2 shows Signal Hill on the display when a search lands on that frequency. Not sure if that's something in the data stream or something preprogrammed into my scanner that it thinks is part of the site.

Signal Hill Dr. is near the Apotex facility at the Toronto/Brampton border. Apotex is also in Ottawa. I wonder??
