I was downtown Toronto for the afternoon and did a bunch of scanner while walking around and found a bunch of DMR/Cap+ stuff.

461.4375 is 10 Dundas Street East.. using DMR CC 10 TG 1 & 3 but they are both encrypted.

453.7000 DMR CC 11 TG 202, 203 & 204 a hotel.. this frequency is licensed to the Marriott Hotel at the Toronto Eaton Centre so it possibly could be that.
454.2250 DMR CC 15 TG 100 I heard this while walking up University Ave near the hospitals
454.3625 Cap+ CC 14 TG 10
454.3625 DMR CC 3 TG 10002 This could very George Brown Waterfront Campus.. the frequency is licensed to them and the TG's are in the same format as the St James Campus
462.2125 Cap+ CC 8 TG 50
462.6750 DMR CC 9 TG 245245 Sounds like construction crews
453.8875 Cap+ CC 7
452.5375 Cap+ CC 5 TG 7 Not sure but this is licensed to the Sheraton Centre.
464.9625 DMR CC 8 TG 70 Someone mentioned he was in the kitchen making a sandwich and someone else was in the Cellar.

Looks like I am goign to have to go back to the city sometime and do some checking.. LOL. Also I believe the Mobile Business Comm Cap+ system is gone.. I didn't log a idle marker for it while I was in the city.

I put the list in my scanner and the busiest one is 454.3625 CC 14. Now I know why, it is actually one frequency from this system: https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=8504

The Dundas location and multi-level storefronts give it away.

Oh shoot I thought I weeded them all out.. I guess I missed one.. sucks too my paid membership ended just a few days or so ago so no search option atm for me.

Hey Mike..

I forgot to mention but I am not sure who submitted the data for Toronto Western but I went by there yesterday as well but didn't hear anything on the frequency listed. There was a few DMR systems around there but nothing overly strong when I was sitting in my car on the street outside of the hospital that I could put my finger on. Not sure if you can see who submitted it and verify the frequency listed.

Well, the data is a number of years old - at least 5.

I'd also check Toronto General as well, since the radio had both in it.

Toronto Western Hospital

For some time now I have been hearing Hospital talk, with reference to; ticketing cars on their driveway to
Nassau Street, that, goes by Toronto Western Hospital.
Maybe others can check it out.
Freq.: 462.2125 CC8 CAP+
TG.
50 Sec.- Control
60 Mech.
70 Building

Any time I listen it seems to always be the rest channel. I have not found a second channel, yet.

Have fun. Ed. 73

I did hear this one when I was walking around downtown on Sat. I am planning to go back to the city in a few days so I will site outside there again and see what I hear.

So I was downtown for several hours today and found so more info;

451.7875 CC1 TG 1 Princess Margaret Security

453.8875 CC12 appears to be the 2nd repeater at Sick kids. Hearing TG 1 on both 453.8875 and what's in the db now.

Also looks like Mount Sinai has gone trbo from analog...can't tell if they are VHF or UHF, nothing on Industry Canada's site or the TAFL. only thing that is coming back is 800/900Mhz pagers

I had some errands to run in the city yesterday and ended up doing a whole bunch of scanning while I was in town and ended up verifying a bunch of stuff as well.

453.7000 DMR CC 11 TG 202 Housekeeping (also heard 203 & 204 the previous trip but still haven't verified what they are) is definitely the Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre
462.2125 Cap+ CC 8 Toronto Western Hospital.. Sat outside in my car with a stubby antenna and had it at full strength
454.3625 DMR CC 3 TG 10002 George Brown College Casa Loma Campus Security
454.3625 DMR CC 5 TG 10010 George Brown College Waterfront Campus Security
454.2250 DMR CC 1 TG 1000 Security Atrium On Bay

452.2625 DMR CC 7 TG 103 Security I believe this is the Richmond-Adelaide Centre.. I heard them talk about the Richmond Doors and the only building licensed that is on Richmond is this one.
452.2625 DMR CC 10 TG 500 Maybe a condo/office tower.. talking about residences are complaining about something
453.8875 Cap+ CC 4 TG 142 Security
452.0625 Cap+ CC 10
420.4750 DMR CC 14 TG 112 Got this one on close call while walking through the lower level of Sheraton Centre Hotel heading towards the PATH. Heard two guys talking about moving equipment to/from near/to the Toronto Dominion Coat Check?
462.1625 DMR CC 1 TG 150 Talking about having to stop on Gerald and at the Pumphouse
453.7250 DMR CC 10 TG 2
462.5625 DMR CC 7 TG 10 Heard this one again.. talking about opening up 64 electrical
452.5375 DMR CC 9 TG 1 Housekeeping.. talking about bringing paper towels to the 13th Floor Men's Washroom
451.8125 DMR CC 11 TG 1000 Security

I believe 451.0000 is First Canadian Place using NexEdge but I couldn't verify it but the signal was full power while I was walking through FCP.

I am currently at Toronto General. My mom had emergency surgery last night. I have my scanner on record in the car to confirm if they have a TG change as well. I highly doubt it though since I saw there freq and colour with tg 1 pop up back in September.

I was in Toronto today and did a bit of scanning while in the city. I was in nearby Rosedale Station and heard 452.2625 DMR CC 10 again.. tg 500 & 600. with a user using HB9. The signal was coming in full strength. I am wondering if this could be Hudson's Bay Centre? I checked the TAFL but couldn't find anything for them on that frequency.

Then from the Cherry Beach area I heard 460.1625 Cap+ CC 14 tg 1.. I heard this one again and they mentioned something about 20 Bay which would put it at Waterpark Place but nothing in the TAFL for them at this location. Waterpark Place is an Oxford Property but the only thing listed under Oxford is on Adelaide & Richmond Streets.

As well as 453.7250 Cap+ CC 2 TG 103 Which I am not sure what this is atm.

Also there was lots of activity on the Metro Toronto Convention Centre system. I couldn't figure out what tg 20, 30 or 40 is but tg 50 sounded like maybe parking but still not 100% sure.
