Its definitely a work in progress. 420+ entries now. What's the best and easiest format. I'd Imagine just a simple txt file would be one.

It's not specific to Prescott Russell & SDG though.

yup a simple text file or excel file is great..

I know how much work it is... I have been compiling a list for Montreal Fire for the last 3 years.. but with over 200pcs of apparatus (Pumps..Ladders..Rescues..chiefs..spares...etc) and 3-5 new pcs arriving every month and 3-5 going to auction its constantly changing..
