Hey Everyone,

I seem to be having trouble picking up anything on Toronto Emergency Services group on my BCD536HP. Firmware and database are up to date. Any suggestions?

Hold on Toronto Emergency Services by hitting the SYSTEM button. Then hold on a site - choose Site 3 South. (FUNC + DEPT)

How many bars out of 5 are you seeing for signal strength on the control channel? Do you also see DAT or LNK at any time?

Push FUNC+DEPT again to resume normal scanning.

Are you using an outdoor antenna?
