Also, I thought calls were supposed to fall over to a backup PSAP if Multnomah County's wasn't reachable.

And not to be out done, Woodburn/ METCOM 911 has an outage Friday morning. geez

If anything, it's a good reminder of what to expect following the massive quake we are overdue for.
