Anyone else have issues monitoring BOEC

Hey all,

I am out in east Gresham and I have noticed that two of my scanners, including my Whistler 1080 digital, can no longer receive BOEC transmissions, or they are very very patchy. I know that they have gone digital with an analog simulcast. Has anyone else had any issues in east Multnomah County, or am I doing something wrong. My older scanner (post-rebanding however) used to work but I haven't used it in a year..

Quick update... So apparently the Walters Hill site is only digital which could be why I have a hard time hearing things on my analog scanner. By changing my Whistler 1080 from Motorola to P25, it works much better. Just posting in case this can help anyone..
