Default New Oregon State Radio Project TGs

Some new TGs I've found:

40121 thought it may be ODOT District 2 Events but now I think its ODOT District 2 Incident Response Dispatch (Portland Metro) which used to use the Portland 800 system.
40021 ODOT District 2 Incident Response (very little traffic)
40431 ODOT District 2 Incident Response (very little traffic)

40998 Fire Dept testing talking to Station 400 which is Silverton Fire Dept.

40121 has been quiet for the past few days. Maybe it is an events TG. Guess we'll have to see.

Found ODOT IR. They are on their dispatch TG on the Portland P25 system.

Got a key up on 38111. Unknown which OSP office it belongs to.

That "should" be Portland if the somewhat-of-a-pattern holds true.

Was it 38111 or 38311? I got an affiliation with 38311, but nothing on 38111.

9902 is showing up a lot on the Portland simulcast according to Unitrunker. Don't have audio decoding set up to see what's being said, and I'm not sure DSDPlus does Phase 2.

Also, why isn't there a license showing for the frequencies (at least the control channel 773.56875) in Radio Reference?

9905 registered here, but nothing else close to it. Not entirely sure on the freqs not showing up. Ran into the same thing with a lot of the OSRP stuff. Deschutes county has a couple of licenses for 2 sites, but that's about all I've found.

Most of the frequencies on the State Radio Project are covered by a state license. As far as I know, this means that they can use any of the frequencies anywhere in the state without having to get licenses for every transmitter site.

ULS License - Public Safety 700 MHZ Band-State License License - WPTZ796 - State of Oregon

Some 700MHz frequencies are set aside for state licenses:

What site are you on? I'm getting 9901 with constant varying tones on Powell Butte. No other sites in the area. Haven't heard anything on the other Testing ones.

9914 is encrypted, 105 hits so far, but nothing since 9/12/17.
9917 is encrypted, pretty sure this is the inter-agency narcotics "CODE" channel.

And 9987 Deschutes Court Security went encrypted a few days ago. Not sure why, was just a bunch of boring crap.

Ahh. I tried Mt Hood, which I can get from here, but didn't hear anything.

The other groups came alive today here locally. Either a bunch of odd tones, a single tone or some very interesting spoken passages.

I see the Redmond LifeFlight TG (9161) but I have not seen a TG for the Bend AirLink? Has anyone heard them on the new system yet?

Airlink has yet to show up. All ops are currently on their VHF channel.

More traffic on 40998. Was Station 21 talking to Station 24 which is Woodburn Fire Dept.

I found this on Metcom 911's website:

https://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/5bd10...3e200d0637.pdf

Looks like Metcom is working with Harris and OSP/ODOT for possible use of the State Radio Project.
