Best Milwaukie / PDX metro Setup?

I moved to Milwaukie this week and a bit curious as to suggestions for setup for my handheld. It's a Pro-107. I tend to like breaking playlists into categories and locations. I am thinking one for Milwaukie, however, the fire is part of Clackamas #1 so that may not be best... do they always respond on one response channel for Milwaukie calls?

Any thoughts of good playlist plans?

Fire calls are tapped out by CCOM on TG 51408. Most everything for Milwaukie will be on Ops 24 except fires, which are on Ops 26.

PD is on TG 50928 which is normally patched to TG 64816.
